Troubleshooting Printer Issues

1. Have you tried restarting your computer?, the first thing you should do is restart your computer as this will fix 99% of printer issues.
   
   
2. Do you have the right printer selected?, to print at EPIC you need to use the "Canon-Papercut:"
   
   
3. Do you have enough credit on your account, if you dont have enough credit you wont be able to print.
   
   
4. Reload your printer

Reload your Printers

1. Right click the printer icon in your taskbar
   
2. Click Refresh my printers now,
