If you’re having issues connecting to the Vivi’s in classrooms please try the following steps,
Most of our TVs in classrooms are Samsung and HITACHI.
NOTE: Once you enter in any classrooms and you can’t access Vivi the app on your laptop and can’t access and connect to the TV’s via Vivi we suggest you reboot your laptop first.
After rebooting laptop if you’re still having issues connecting to TV hopefully the following steps below could help you,
For Samsung TV’s
- Only on the Samsung TV’s if you see the blank screen appear check on the right-hand side you should see the power button press that please
2. Once you press the power button now your screen should look something like this which means you’re ready to connect
For HITACHI TV’s
1. When you enter into a classroom, and you see this screen on the HITACHI you need to change the input
2. On both sides you should see arrows as see on screen press that please
3. Now press this arrow button again
4. Once you see the green light on the HDMI input, please press that button which should take you to the Vivi screen.
5. Once you have selected the right input the next screen should appear like this which means you’re ready to connect
